8-Week Workshop Series

A series of ninety minute classes each week for 8 weeks. Great for beginners and those experienced with the method. We also recommend having the coordinating book available to follow along during each class, but it’s not necessary.
Ageless Body: Alleviate pain, move freely, and combat the effects of aging
Dates: Saturdays, October 1 – November 19
Time: 1:00-2:30 pm EST – 1.5 hours

Most exercise programs work the body as a collection of isolated parts. Our body works through our nervous system which is more like electricity. As we age, we tend to lose feeling based on habits of movement, history of injuries or simply being stuck in ways of movement we are not aware of.

A Miracle Ball All Levels Class benefits both the beginner, as well as the more experienced student. The advanced student has time for deeper responses as they are reminded of the specific directions that reconnect body and brain. The beginner gets the basics necessary to make the improvements they want to feel in mind and body.
