September/October Class Schedule
Tuesdays 11:00 am ET – Intermediate class *
Tuesdays 1:15 pm ET – Intermediate class *
Thursdays 5:00 pm ET – Intermediate class *
NEW – Saturdays 1:00 pm ET – Begins September 4th
Extended Saturday stretch: Taking an extra fifteen minutes at the end of each class to further stretch and strengthen, using Whole Body Moves while sitting standing and lying down. Excellent to further improve the way you move, without pain and relieve stress.
