June 18 and June 25: Why Your Back Hurts. 

Understanding why your back hurts will improve flexibility and relieve the tight stiff muscles that keep us vulnerable to chronic low back pain. Experience key areas of the body essential to relieving low back ache, improve poor posture, regain flexibility and ease of movement we all crave.

July 9 and July 16: Understanding Scoliosis, sciatica, and shoulders Stiffness. 

Many of our experience the muscles around the torso like a tight ace bandage. By relieving this stiffness, you will regain freedom of movement, breathe more fully for circulation, essential for improving the way you feel.  This will result in relief of the negative effects of scoliosis, relieving stiffness and chronic pain.

July 23 and July 30: For your knees and Feet, elbows, and hands.

Experience the extremities of your body and how realigning hands and feet, elbows and knees make the rest of your body feel amazing as well.  Great for knee and feet discomfort, hip problems, as well as tennis elbow and carpal tunnel.

August 6 and August 13: Stretching, how it works and what you need to know when it doesn’t. 

Many of us try to stretch and find that we don’t get the relief we want, the strength we need. For some of us it’s a constant battle. Open the door to better understanding your body to get the results you need.

New Zoom Class on Wednesdays – Whole Body Moves

Whole Body Moves is a new class added to the schedule. These are exercises I’ve accumulated over the years and some of my own.

This class is intended to take the student from the breathing and ball work on the floor to bigger movements sitting and standing. It incorporates all the key areas so many of us overlook when we exercise and blends them into Whole Body Moves which feels amazing while strengthening and lengthening our muscles. I hope you join me.

About Miracle Ball Method Classes

Classes are held on the Zoom App. You will receive information on how to access after purchase.

A Miracle Ball Beginner Basics Class benefits both the beginner, as well as the more experienced student. The advanced student has time for deeper responses as they are reminded of the specific directions that reconnect body and brain. The beginner gets the basics necessary to make the improvements they want to feel in mind and body.

Make ups links will be provided if you miss a class, but must be used in the same month.
