Class Description – Whole Body Moves
Whole Body Moves is a class added to the schedule. These are exercises I’ve accumulated over the years and some of my own.
This class is intended to take the student from the breathing and ball work on the floor to bigger movements sitting and standing. It incorporates all the key areas so many of us overlook when we exercise and blends them into Whole Body Moves which feels amazing while strengthening and lengthening our muscles. I hope you join me.

About Miracle Ball Method Classes
Classes are held on the Zoom App. You will receive information on how to access after purchase.
A Miracle Ball Beginner Basics Class benefits both the beginner, as well as the more experienced student. The advanced student has time for deeper responses as they are reminded of the specific directions that reconnect body and brain. The beginner gets the basics necessary to make the improvements they want to feel in mind and body.
