Look up and reach for the sky. We spend most of our days hunched over computers, steering wheels, kitchen counters- not to mention our phones– and our breathing gets constricted. Looking up lifts the ribs off the diaphragm and allows us to breathe again. Try it now: Look up, reach, and make sure you are not holding your breath.
