Land Development

We are a strategic land development firm that oversees all aspects of real estate development. Our team of experts is well versed in all phases of land development from the acquisition of raw land, to the processing of entitlements. We have worked with several cities, counties, municipalities and local community groups to get properties entitled. Our success in land development arrives from our experience and expertise in processing engineering plans, architecture, infrastructure, design and product. Once we have a final map we are then able to complete the horizontal infrastructure of a property and deliver finished lots. At this point we either sell the property to another homebuilder or we complete the vertical construction and finish building, selling and marketing the homes for sale. As demonstrated in our photographs, we have developed several thousand lots in southern California.
