Individually crafted, Rimrock Summit’s elegant estate homes are set on oversized lots in a elevated hillside community set behind a private, guard-gated entry. These 45 grand homes sit amid unobstructed, breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, mountains and valleys of southern California.
The architectural focus of these homes is indoor/outdoor living while adapting to the surrounding environment. MasterCraft Residential worked closely with environmental groups to carefully preserve the area around the homes while eco-friendly structures were created. Each home is positioned so it has the best possible views from that plot of land. No two homes are exactly the same.
Location + Lot Size
Rimrock Estates is located in the hills of Escondido, about 30 miles north of downtown San Diego. All around terrain is wide open, adorned with gorgeous boulders.
With an average homesite of two scenic acres – and an average driveway of about one hundred and seventy-five feet – the feeling of privacy just comes with the territory. About one hundred and fifty feed separate neighbors and each lot has been graded to maximize the view.
